This policy covers the website getfitapp.eu. The FitApp app itself is covered by the app's separate privacy policy, available in the app and at wohlfluss.com/datenschutz.

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts, images and videos are served directly from our server; no content from Google Fonts, YouTube or social media platforms is embedded.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser identifier (user agent). This serves the delivery, stability and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.

4. Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter we process your email address, your language and the time of your consent. We store this data in our database at Supabase (Supabase Inc., servers in the EU, Ireland) as a processor. Once sending is active, you additionally confirm your sign-up via a link in an email (double opt-in).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 174 TKG 2021). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to info@wohlfluss.com. We keep your data until you withdraw.

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA) as a processor for sending and managing the newsletter. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Links to the App Store and Instagram

Links to the App Store and Instagram are plain links. Only when you click them are you taken to the respective provider (Apple or Meta), whose privacy policies then apply. On iPhone, Safari may also show an App Store banner, which Safari renders itself.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact info@wohlfluss.com.
